Elevate your holiday at Manoir Beaulieu
Over the course of the 3 days we’ll be experimenting with various pizza types including Neapolitan, Detroit and New York style. We’ll spend time sampling low and slow cooked barbecue food, with a French twist! Think; pork shoulder, ribs, duck breast, beef short ribs, seafood and a few surprises thrown in. Last, but certainly not least, there will be hot and fast cooking on an impressive fire pit. Think; smash burgers, local sausages, snails, a bit more duck, salad, fruit (trust us this is GREAT) and delicious marinated chicken amongst other things.
Enjoy three nights of stunning sourdough pizza, low and slow barbecue and flame licked grub. All washed down with local beers and wine. You certainly won’t go home hungry.
With selected dates in April, May, June, September and October 2021, our long weekend escapes accommodate up to 10 people.
